Barbell Effect’s 5th Annual Kids Summer Camp is back — and it’s bigger, bolder, and more energizing than ever!
From June 2 through July 25, we’re running a 9-week fitness program designed to help kids stay active, build confidence, and have a blast all summer long. Whether your child is a first-timer or already loves sports, our camp is the perfect blend of movement, motivation, and fun!
🔹 Program Highlights:
✔️ 24 total sessions
✔️ Classes 3x a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
✔️ Two time slots: 11AM or 4PM
✔️ Small groups (max 8 kids per class)
✔️ Weekly themed workouts (Strength, HIIT, Flexibility & more!)
✔️ Led by certified personal trainers in a safe, kid-friendly space
💵 Pricing Options (per child):**
Full 9-Week Program – $420 (includes 3 FREE sessions)
Weekly Pass – $60/week

Weekly Camp Pass
Need flexibility? Our weekly pass option allows you to sign up week-by-week. Passes must be purchased by Saturday prior to each new week and include all three sessions (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for that week only. Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Want to plan ahead? Just add multiple passes to your cart based on the number of weeks you’d like to attend. Once your purchase is complete, our team will contact you to confirm your schedule.
